The Kent CNC Heavy Duty Vertical Machining Centers are designed with high rigidity and high precision for heavy workpieces. The XYZ box ways are hardened and precision grounded for maximum repeatability. Our box way series can accommodate for heavier weight and milling capacity. The heavy duty box way VMC series combines proven machine design with advance technology in control and manufacturing.  Reliability and performance make this series a favorite among demanding job shops and in-house productions alike. Vertical machining centers with linear guide ways are also available.

The Kent CNC Heavy Duty vertical machining centers come with large milling capacity options of up to 60” x 32” x 28” travel areas and 63” x 28” table sizes. The heavy cutting 30 HP spindle and rigid machine structure enable higher machining efficiency milling on up to nearly 5,000-lb table loads with better finish and longer tool life – resulting in greater productivity and profitability all around. All VMCs come factory installed with Fanuc 0i-MD CNC.
